Rift Sawn White Oak is medium-density hardwood with medium to coarse texture and tight, straight grain. It is typically a light to medium brown color with subtle red or gold cast and flecks of white, red, and/or grey.

Finish

White Monocoat Natural Oil Finish is a zero VOC, food-safe oil finish. The result is a milky, low-luster finish that pulls out red undertones in the White Oak.
